This batch is brewed entirely with ORGANIC HOPS from Jackson Farms (Citra & Mosaic), Carpenter Farms (Simcoe), and Perrault Farms(Simcoe Cryo). These hops are loud and bright, pushing this version toward the tropical end of the spectrum — think wild cherry, pineapple paletas, and yellow mango over the dankness you might expect.
