A succulent, Berliner-style sour ale, tart & zippy like a gush of juice From a Ruston peach in mid-July chased by a gulp of chilled white wine. A spin on the classic Bellini cocktail, chardonnay grapes & peach puree harmonize to create one finely satisfying fruit-forward crowd-favorite SIPS.
